ESAHelper is operated by Suds2Go, a multi-member limited liability company, 722 S Ocotillo Ln, Gilbert, AZ 85296 (contact: Gabriel Trevizo) ("ESAHelper", "we", "us"). By using ESAHelper you agree to these terms.
What ESAHelper is
ESAHelper helps Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) families organize receipts, invoices, curriculum and documents into packets that you upload to ClassWallet yourself. We check your documents against published ESA rules. ADE makes the final decision, and we do not guarantee approval. ESAHelper is not affiliated with the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) or ClassWallet. We never ask for your ClassWallet password and never submit on your behalf.

Information in ESAHelper is general guidance based on published ESA rules, which can change. Check the current ESA Parent Handbook or contact the ESA program.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and submit.
Free trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, plans are $9.99/month for the first child plus $5/month for each additional child, or $99/year for the first child plus $50/year for each additional child. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. [Refund policy: TO BE CONFIRMED.]
SMS terms (ESAHelper Status Alerts)
Program name: ESAHelper Status Alerts.
What you'll get: account notifications about your Arizona ESA reimbursements: status updates (approved, action needed, rejected) and deadline reminders. No marketing messages.
How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in the ESAHelper app at esahelper.com and checking the unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies, based on how many reimbursements you submit (typically a few messages a month).
Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll get one confirmation text and no more messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't upload documents you have no right to share, and don't use ESAHelper to submit false information.
Liability
