ESAHelper is operated by Suds2Go, a multi-member limited liability company, 722 S Ocotillo Ln, Gilbert, AZ 85296 (contact: Gabriel Trevizo) ("ESAHelper", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in records.
- Family details you enter: children's names and grades, and optional full names for curriculum documents.
- Documents you upload: receipts, invoices, diplomas, certificates, licenses, attestation forms, curriculum and the packets we build. These may contain names, addresses and payment details.
- ClassWallet emails you forward or paste: we read them to log your reimbursement status. We don't keep parent or child names and addresses from those emails in your status log.
- Mobile number and SMS consent: your number, the date and time you agreed to texts, and your opt-out status.
How we use it
Only to provide ESAHelper: build packets and curriculum, check compliance, sync your data between your devices, and send the notifications you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS and mobile information
We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages for us (for example, our SMS provider).
Where it's stored
Data is stored on your device and, when you sign in, in our cloud hosting (Cloudflare). Access is limited to your account. Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), an SMS provider (Twilio) and an email provider, when enabled.
Retention
We keep your account data and documents while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your documents and data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep them. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for up to 4 years after your last message, as proof of consent. [Retention periods: counsel to confirm.]
Children
ESAHelper is for parents and guardians. We collect children's information only from the parent, to prepare ESA documents.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your entries and documents in the app, reply STOP to end texts, and email us to access or delete your data.
Security
We use encrypted connections, one-time sign-in codes and per-account access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
